Whole-House Plumbing Inspection — $150
Most plumbing problems don't start as emergencies. They start as a slow drip under a sink, a toilet that runs a little too long, a water heater quietly filling with sediment. A whole-house plumbing inspection catches those small things while they're still small — and still cheap.
For $150, the owner personally walks your entire home and checks the plumbing system top to bottom: water pressure, water heater, kitchen, every bathroom, laundry, drains, and the exterior. You get a written report of everything he finds, marked plain and simple — what's good, what to keep an eye on, and what needs attention.

What you get
A written report you keep — every item marked Good, Watch, or Needs Attention, with notes. No scare tactics and no pressure: anything that needs work is priced in person, and you decide what (if anything) gets done.
Good to know
- The inspection is visual and functional — it does not include a sewer camera inspection. If the drain check turns up signs of trouble, a camera inspection is available as a separate service.
- $150 is the everyday price for the full inspection.
