What the flush includes

This is maintenance for a water heater that is still in service. Sediment is flushed from a standard tank or a tankless unit. It is not a replacement, and it is not a repair quote. Joey does the work. When you call or text (949) 606-5747, or email joey@joeygeorgeplumbing.com, you reach the owner.

Plan on about 30 to 60 minutes at the house. The heater is flushed. The shutoff and safety valves are checked. The pipes and fittings around the unit are inspected for damage, wear, and corrosion. Tank and tankless are the same visit and the same price.

If the heater needs more than a flush, that work is quoted before anything else starts. Replacement and new installation, tank or tankless, are separate from this flush. A leak, a faucet, a fixture, a clogged drain, or a whole-house filter is also quoted first. Stoppages are opened mechanically. Chemical drain cleaners are not used.

Service is at the house, and it stays inside these communities: Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Foothill Ranch, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano.
